- You get the idea.
When your discs degenerate quicker than your teeth because they are made of fluid and cartilage, it’s not like your joints in your hips and knees. It’s less resilient. The number one cause of disability is back pain and surgeries are done 99% of the time in the spine in two vertebrae out of 24. Not because of old age, normal aging, genetics or posture. When your spine being out of alignment over time. One hip or one knee goes because of alignment and muscle imbalances. The problem is nobody ever died of a tight muscle. Canes, walkers, crippled, bed ridden, wheel chairs, and organ failure due to spinal discs aren’t because of tight muscles, and spinal surgeries aren’t really ever done on muscles. So why does everyone think that PT and massages and muscle therapy is the solution for their spinal hygiene. In this category is non-life threatening total bodily hygiene starting with the most important in spinal discs, to hips and knees, to poisons, toxins, and drugs. Your teeth could be included here too to get an idea that all the rest fall into this category. Doctors such as dentists, dermatologists, etc… aren’t as essential as chiropractors, because we are dealing with life systems. Although I want health teeth, you shouldn’t spend more time and money on your teeth compared to your lifeline. The worst cases if you don’t take care of your teeth most of the time is dentures, your spine, bedridden and you die. There is a need for these areas and having good plans though is a must.
Avoiding shoulder, hip, and knee replacements spinal surgeries etc. .. takes a solid thorough evaluation and plan. Good thing is, we have both for you.
